I'm not sure if the title is a pun I'm not getting, but "sew" is what you do to make clothing, "sow" would be planting seeds.
The intention is to bring to mind the verb one performs on fabric, but this is actually the second time someone’s mentioned that so the actual end result might just be that the title looks like it has a silly mistake in it :P
