The message is different when trying to download the game.
When the game is unindexed, it simply doesn't appear in the Itch search engine, but if you access the page, it works normally.
When a game is marked as "quarantined," in addition to being unindexed, if someone tries to download that game, Itch displays a warning, indicating that the game may be potentially dangerous.
