"Choose one of your stones on the board and turn it into dust in its space" has the potential to create overpowered effects with negative numbers. (e.g. play 73, play -134, crush -134 into dust, play 67 twice, play -134 on the dusted space, repeat)
Yeah, negative dust is funny like that. Usually a detriment, unless you're using negative stones yourself, in which case it's very powerful.
