If it takes much longer, post your ticket ID here like the rules say and like you see other people doing. That said:

  1. you need to contact support from the e-mail associated with the banned account
  2. making another account could be taken as circumventing a ban
  3. you might have noticed that staff response times may not be as usual

I had already contacted the support email before.

However, I do not see the ticket ID on my receipt email, and I forgot the ID number itself. Where could I find it on the email?


...It was in the automated confirmation sent in reply to your initial e-mail. But it looks like support did get back to you.

I did, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem like one was sent to me.

I'm going to use the ID from my second email attempt instead.
