- Yes, absolutely! Pretty much any game is welcome here, and the world could always need more creations like this. Gamedev shouldn't have to be serious or professional. Sometimes we just want to make a silly FNAF game... and there's nothing wrong with that.
- Not only tolerated, but heavily praised! It's more/less how I started trying game development :D and yeah, pretty much any engine is OK.
