Sometimes Every time it stuck like this when press E to this woman and nothing can be press ever again but ALT+F4. Please look in to it.
Also, it might be that I was not supposed to be able to do it in the first place but if I do the 'bite' thing to enemy at the other side of the wall or door (seen through with Vampiric Vision) I will fall out of the map.
