I have over than 5 days guarantine and not indexing issue

I ready every post about this and follow them. Now i need support about this guarantined issue. Because my visitor cant uplaod and play safely my game. What should i do ? Please look at my page what is wrong ? I think everthing is clear.

Note : I have been waiting over than 5 days for support response. And any of my game not indexed yet.

I've let our admins know, but you just published your games! One of them yesterday! Next time please wait a little like the FAQ says.

Thanks! I published games, posts, devlog. And i publish url in other media. But user cant safely download because guarantined issue.

We dont get any update yet! What should i do ? Am i quit from itch ? Why our games does not indexed ? And blocked our users by quarantine.
