So sorry for the late reply! Was on vacation.

Tl;dr: no update yet.

The long version is that the employee who made the account for one of the non-profits has since left that organization, and the email address that they used to make their itch account no longer exists. I'm in contact with their replacement who has asked itch to change the login, itch said they could do that, and now we're waiting for that to actually happen. Things have been slow because of my personal life (illness, moving, etc), said nonprofit's turnover and general busy-ness, itch being generally slow,  and I assume summer vacations for all involved. But as soon as I have a proper update, I will let you all know. Very, very sorry for all the delays!
