Cool game but a lot of moments in game is unclear. Who is snooty or who likes conversation how much mood character have what effects checks neigbors or what are global and how much conditions affects moods. Beside that game is very well done, nice art and good sound design.

We decided part of the game would be the puzzle of figuring out some aspects of the web of modifiers and interpreting the more vague clues. Giving exact values or all the bonuses for every passenger explicitly for perfect optimization just didn't fit the game feel we were going for.
