Interesting concept! I didn’t really understand what makes one line of poetry better than another, or how the verses are ranked. Then again, I’m not a native English speaker, so maybe the whole idea just went over my head.
I have a set of rules that judges them, but ultimately, it is kind of both subjective and random what actually makes a good poem. The queen has her system, but it doesn't always match perfectly with what I think is good and bad.
