After a couple tries, I finished the demo! I think it's pretty well balanced, for a demo. Several times, I found myself saying "Ugh, this is impossible!" then, shortly after, "Oh. That was actually pretty simple," which I think is a good sign.

Definitely a few glitches. In another comment, I described one I encountered twice last night where everything suddenly stopped working.

I was overthinking quite a bit about which weapons and items to carry with me. It turned out not to matter much, which was both a relief and a bit disappointing. Hopefully, the developer will eventually have the resources to make weapon choice a bit more meaningful. Maybe they could save a bit of effort by mixing carefully designed floors with procedurally generated areas like the ones in Dungeon Wayfarer?

Overall, I thought it was fun.

Hello and thanks for the feedback.

Yes, it has glitches and bugs. I really need a new Unity version and Windows OS so that I could fix them. And the weapon and equipment system needs a big overhaul. The current system is just too buggy.

I have planned to implement two weapon sets which and be switched with a press of a button. So player could carry four weapons totally instead of just two. And the attacks could be made with R-Mouse button so that player doesn’t need to equip weapons separately.

Well-designed floors with challenging puzzles and a few randomly generated floors would make a good mix. Depends on the story and the setting.
