Greetings, Batpan

Playing your game was an enjoyable experience for me, and I’d like to share some observations from my perspective as a player.

The first thing that caught my attention was the presence of the Persian language in the game, which I truly appreciate. There’s a certain subtlety in the game’s design that, in its own way, feels quite impressive. The animations were smooth, and the jump scares were executed cleanly, though they didn’t evoke a strong sense of fear.

The gameplay was simple but well done. Personally, I didn’t find the game frightening, but it was entertaining. The UI, especially regarding dialogues and subtitles, didn’t feel fully polished and came across as somewhat raw. The game didn’t really build a strong sense of tension.

In my view, the strongest aspect of the game was its story, which felt somewhat fresh and well-crafted. Overall, I’d say the game stands above average. The finesse in its design was beautiful and appealing, though the game leans more toward a psychological experience rather than aiming to be outright scary.

Thank you so much for playing Fractured Psyche and for sharing such thoughtful feedback.
I’m really glad you noticed the Persian elements and connected with the story, that means a lot to me. Since Persian is my native language, I always felt a little sad growing up that so few games included Persian subtitles or representation. Adding it to my own project was really important to me, almost like giving back to that younger version of myself who wished to see his own language in games.

You’re also right that the game leans more toward a psychological experience than pure fear, I wanted the focus to be on guilt, regret, and atmosphere rather than just jump scares. Your notes on the UI and tension are very helpful, and I’ll definitely keep them in mind as I continue improving and making new projects.

I truly appreciate you taking the time to write such detailed thoughts. Feedback like this helps me grow, and it motivates me even more for the future.

Hope all the very best for you my dear friend.

What you’re doing is truly valuable, especially in a country like Iran where there isn’t a proper gaming industry. As both a fellow countryman and as a human being, I’m proud of you, and I sincerely hope to see more of your works in the future.

Your words truly mean a lot to me.
Sometimes making games here can feel like an uphill battle, but hearing encouragement like this reminds me why I started in the first place. I’m proud to be able to share something from our culture and language with the world, even if it’s small for now.

Knowing that fellow countrymen like you feel proud of this makes the effort worthwhile. I promise to keep learning, improving, and creating more projects in the future, and I hope each step will be stronger than the last. Thank you sincerely for the support.

You are Amazing. 🙏🙏
