I can't hit them at all.. Am I missing a part of the game or do I have to go back to level up more? Everytime I get close to one to hit it, it dodges and another spawns behind me and kills me.
I did a little test, and could not find anything amiss. Are you using a ranged weapon that deals wind damage perhaps (the wind elementals are immune to that)? Otherwise I recommend upgrading your gear and seeing if you can find a source of earth damage. That region is meant to be a bit high level (More lower level swamp will be added over the following updates to the north of Darkhill).
