There shouldn't be a softlock there, but you may need to try a couple of things:
First, try using Angel Pulse with Lasca in your party, then try the holes again.
You might also need to trip the Loppernator event with Lasca in the Blue Forest area.
If neither of those work, then you might be in softlock town, but I can still probably fix your save if you send it to me.
