Hey everyone! About a week and a half ago my page got quarantined out of the blue. This was a huge shock to me since I have been on this platform for well over 2 years and have never experienced this. Since then, my impressions and engagement has dropped by over 96% on all my projects. Though NSFW, my projects have always complied with itch terms of service. I wish to continue updating and making my games better but this has really demotivated me. Because of this, my income has also dropped by 70%, which is not ideal since I use the extra money to help pay bills.
I tried reaching out to itch directly via mail but they have yet to respond. So I have come here instead to ask for your help!
Please spread the word and help boost engagement by visiting my page! Downloading my games helps too but it isn't necessary. According to a blog post about this topic, itch will tend to respond quicker to games that have higher engagement numbers
Thank you all, and I hope that itch can resolve my situation quickly.

I'm gonna give you a boost on my Telegram channel. I'll let people know your games are trustworthy despite being quarantined. I can't promise much, but at least promise that at least 600+ people will see the post. How many will interact, I'm not sure, but I'll at least help spread awareness for your page.
thank you :)
If you're interested in the statistics for how your link did in my channel after 24 hours. I hope this helped out at least a little bit!
Tysm! ❤️
Got my account hacked a little while ago and the Itch team were very helpful, but took a long time. I think it's quite a small team, and is probably overloaded with current events. So fingers crossed they will still get back to you.
have you not heard about the "collective shout" situation? busy body activists are pressuring payment processors again and making places like steam and itch shadow ban or even outright delist games. since all your games are paid for, this is likely why they haven't responded. best advice i can make is to make a separate listing for the games demos and link the full game's page within that page as i've seen others do with some success.
Thus what I say "Process my payment, do your damn job Visa!!"
I have separate demos for my games, and yes I have heard of them.
Well it gets worse, besides delisting games. Here in the UK, when i click on your itch.io profile, i just get a page saying the content is unavailable because of the Online Safety act. Bit of a "coincidence", both the payment processor issue and the online safety act have hit at the same time. There is pushback, not nearly enough, but dont give up!
I can view the page but download the game gets this in then US. Especially mess up that this pops up after you pay. That's actually pretty fucked up on itch's part.
