Also, after re-reading through the log of a playthrough where I unexpectedly got the fourth option, no idea why thta fourth option was there at the time (unless it opens based on an accumulation of several "clues"; I tested with only one of what I thought might be a "clue" and I didn't get it).

You only need one of the four 'clues' available to unlock the option - one of which can only be obtained early in the game and requires a deliberate plan or you'd never have the stats for it in time, I don't know if anyone's even seen it yet.

Esmarai's suspicious are enough for you to want to investigate in the first place (it's possible to not even have the option of investigating!) but not enough to get the fourth option. What clue were you hoping to use?

I was testing to see if the Turn 15 convos about the Legend of Mazarin + Sideo's weird correcting himself when he talks about Dragocen leaving a gift for Zorana would give the opportunity, iirc.

I can’t think of anything extremely early, outside of routing for the two options you listed.

Do you have any pointers on how to get Zorana to use Eternal Radiance? I can get her to concentrate really hard and try to make light in her room, and fail, but that's it as far as attempts to be a Lumen go.

This is why I've been getting GR 70 a few turns meeting our brother. This triggers a scene where she recognises Lumen as a potential weapon (but it also might involve a dual spirituality check as well)- I had Krovos with me.
