I've checked the download link right now, and it's not broken. If your device is a tablet/console and is not using a mouse as an input, you might need to download the mobile version of the game.
I'm using Windows 11 and of course have a mouse connected.
do you have the gun equipped?
also probably if you pressed the "load current save data" you have respawned without guns so you cant shoot
