Naomi’s second ending is much more domineering and does not include Lupe. Gluttony ending is achieved by eating all of the dates when given the opportunity during their storylines.
And how is it that I should get that ending when you intimidate or seduce Naomi Lupe always appears
Just keep intimidating her. Eventually you will get the option to make her go away.
