Naomi has two endings, you just have to make her your primary relationship (achieved by consistently taking Bully or Seduce options). Gluttony ending is triggered by eating everyone of the relationship options (encountered while dating them) before the third transformation.

Yeah, sorry, it's a deliberate difference (so "fixed"). The old version needed to allow people to play all updates as they came out rather than having to start a new game/save to see the new content. Now that the paths are complete the final date sets are locked in for the character you picked after the third transformation.

Naomi’s second ending is much more domineering and does not include Lupe. Gluttony ending is achieved by eating all of the dates when given the opportunity during their storylines.
Yes, if you are on a romance route they will prompt you to complete the game and have a final confrontation with the antogonist by exceeding maximum Heat. If you do this before completing the romance you get a bad end.
