It's not unlimited tho. As soon as the choice were overused, you'll be forced to pick the other choice. (By the way, you can do that by also not wearing anything on yourself except accessories or weapons).

It’s unlimited — the second time you see the option “Repeat it,” just go for it. I’ve done it loads of times, and now I’ve got 70 respect from Akira.

It's not as soon as you reach certain number of repeats, it forces you to choose the other choice, (the one forces you to be punished back).

Well I tried it today? And this is the choice I am force to take. There is no back button on my part. So I am force to click the "Let him take his revenge" choice. This is the proof.

Am I talking the same thing with ya or different gang? (This is the part where you serve (as a waiter/waitress in the Club) Kent, Phoenix and the rest of Galliano's minority men (gang).
Force to take the choice, no back button whatsoever unless you reload the game.

Yeah, we’re talking about the same gang, and that’s what shows up for me. Did you maybe do something that made your respect drop a lot, or did you pick the option to become Galino’s whore?

I don’t know, are you further in the game? I restarted so I’m not that far, I’m up against the Warlord right now, and maybe that’s why the option disappeared when I went back to Akira.
