You're the second person to get stuck on the Frustration Hell minigame, I need to add tutorial text that tells you to use the arrow keys to move.
For the clouds, was it when the plane was landing? My dialogue system decided it needs to wait for the landing function to end before it continues, which makes it appear to get stuck for a bit as the plane finishes landing if you go through dialogue quickly. I'll fix that. If it was somewhere else it's a mystery to me and you just have to enjoy cloud time I guess
