Some items for your consideration,

When picking a slave for some activity (like calling a slave to your room) it would be nice to be able to check the slave's stats before chosing (like you can view when on the world map).

Could do with more options with the villages (maybe cities too), for villages how about something like demanding hospitality from the village, This could give you no upkeep cost for that day and maybe a companion for the evening as well.

Some more implements would be nice, from simple ones like wrist/ankel cuffs, a leash, tail plug,  dildos and dildo pants, paddles and floggers, to more complex ones like a cage, pillory, wooden horse and a sex machine.

I would hope/assume a particular implement would give some sort of bonus to gaining skill experience appropriate to the implement used or to unlock a new activity/interaction.

Additional save slots would be nice, so that you ca have a couple of different games on the go at the same time.

Good point about being able to inspect slaves when choosing them. For some reason I hadn’t thought of enabling that but it makes a lot of sense.

I love your idea about village hospitality. I’ll definitely add something along those lines once relationships with villages are implemented and the wasteland becomes more dangerous.
