The next public and backer update fixes this. I changed the game so that finding a merc in bars no longer depends on luck...which was a bad call tbh

Good point about being able to inspect slaves when choosing them. For some reason I hadn’t thought of enabling that but it makes a lot of sense.

I love your idea about village hospitality. I’ll definitely add something along those lines once relationships with villages are implemented and the wasteland becomes more dangerous.

Unfortunately, not at the moment

Yeah, there will definitely be a comprehensive relationship system and different approaches to train slaves. That said, the question of whether to have characters have a sexual orientation is still open in the game's design. I'm still weighing the pros and cons and both choices to be honest. 

Slave breeding is a important part of the plan too, but I’m still working out exactly how it will function within the game world. One of the biggest questions is whether it should be possible for someone to be born into slavery. In the long term, I want players to be able to build a city near their fortress where their children can live. Maybe some of them could eventually become your slaves, either through their life choices or your sabotage. I'm still figuring it out this part of the game.

I also love the idea of having a playable heir and eventually continuing the game through them. It’s too early to say for sure if that’ll be possible, but it would be definitely interesting.

Your relationship with the city’s upper classes will be a key part of the game. I really want there to be intrigue, power plays, and options like taking nobles as slaves, forming romantic relationships, and becoming their dom or sub. I hadn’t considered invading nations before but I love that idea, it could be great late-game content!

At this stage, I unfortunately can't offer save compatibility between versions as every update so far have made structural changes to the game’s systems and data. That said, as development progresses save-breaking updates will happen less often until they are no longer necessary. That's one of the reasons I try to keep grind to a minimum, if you know what you're doing you can make a lot of money really early in the game.

Honestly, all the things you mentioned are in the plans. The only reason I haven't implemented many of these yet is because of limitations in the current character appearance system, but I’m already working on a new one that will enable all these features and many more

Yeah, foot worship content is definitely a must. Honestly, the only reason I haven’t implemented it yet is because the default foot model isn’t great hahaha but I’ve been working on a replacement.

I’m also planning to add a reward and punishment system eventually. But even before that, I think I'll include a scene where you can give oral to your slave in one of the next updates.

I love your ideas for mission! I really want to have something like that down the line. The pole punishment is great too.

Not at the moment, the random and fixed aesthetic score is just a placeholder for a future system that will evaluate value based on a city's specific likes and dislikes

I'm not sure yet. I'll test a mobile build once the most performance-heavy features are implemented and see how it runs

Unfortunately there are no plans for something like this at the moment. My current goal is creating a satisfying dominant experience. 

One related feature I plan to add is that if you lose a fight to another domitor/domitress, you’ll have the option to become their submissive. However you won't fully become a slave, you’ll still keep your role beyond having a findom kind of relationship and some sub scenes.

That being said, I’d love to eventually create a different game mode or spin-off where you play as a commoner in the wasteland who can be enslaved. However, there’s still a lot of work to be done on the Dom Mode before I can make any promises about that.

At the moment, I don’t have any plans for a sci-fi game. This project already takes up all of my work time outside of my day job. That said, I’m designing the game system to be quite setting-agnostic, so theoretically a sci-fi spin-off could be possible if I have the time and there’s enough interest in it.

That sounds like a bug. Could you please give some info so I can look into fixing it? 

  • Did it show the introduction text and gave you the choice of your character gender before this?
  •  Does running as admin fix the issue? 
  • What OS are you using?

Yeah, those features are part of the plan, but I must say, the idea of adding a tag on their collar is a really nice touch. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing your suggestions, I'll adress them one by one:

-I plan to add brothels for your slaves to make you money in the next updates

-In the future, I plan to expand a lot the movement and entourage system, including the ability to buy new cars and upgrades. First though  I need to focus on the core mechanics and expanding the character system. But movement already got a lot better and faster in V0.0.3, since you can move more than one hex with a click

-I'm really keen on the idea of having the option to receive money instead of a slave, it never occurred to me before. I'll add it in one of the next updates

-Yeah, having a customizable player character is high on my priority list

The solution you are describing would work perfectly for sprite-based characters. However, the problem with 3D models is that each texture needs specific UV coordinates for proper placement on the model. This would mean that I would need a texture for each number, in each position, for each tattoo design. Even if implemented like this, it would also mean that each number applied to a character would have it's own mesh with everything transparent but the number, which would hurt performance a lot. 

I've been thinking about this recently, and I thought of a approach by making a custom shader that might just do the trick

This would be interesting, but unfortunately it'll likely involve in-game texture generation, which could take some time to be done properly. While it's not a top priority at the moment, I do plan to add this in the future as it opens up a lot of possibilities, such as tattooing custom words on slaves and other cool stuff.

Yes to both, there will be piercings as well. Implementing slave customization is one of my top priorities and will be coming hopefully in 0.0.3  and at the latest in 0.0.4.

And good idea, when tattoos get added I'll make sure to include barcode designs as an option.
