That Balthazar knows how to polish a gem!

This has come so far since last time. I love the tutorial and the more puzzley levels.

I had to spend quite a while on the triple reverse gem level, understanding how the tracks and train behave. It was satisfying to figure out, but then I saw that in the screenshot you have your tracks behave differently. 

I was struggling with wanting to get them to connect differently until I embraced that vertical lines curve coming from the top, horizontal lines curve coming from the left, and trains always take a turn when offered. I'll attach a couple screenshots to show what I'm talking about, in case it's not meant to be like this. It was a good puzzle though.

The screenshots are not the answer, the tracks that are in them are voluntarily wrongly placed. The solution displayed in my screenshot won't work.

It is an interesting solution you got there. It's what I like with games like that, there are a lot of possible solutions.

What I want to bring focus to is how the bottom horizontal track connects to the connecting vertical track. In your screenshot example, though it's a wrong solution overall, the first jewel can still be delivered because the vertical track connects with a curve to the right. But when I played, it was not possible to get a vertical track that connects going to the right. Vertical tracks only ever come in with a curve to the left.

I don't know if this is an intended limitation, but it could make for very interesting puzzles if it's consistent. Or is there a way to change which way the tracks curve, that I missed?

You can click on the track to make it switch.

But I agree that it is not intuitive, but I didn't find a way to make it obvious that this functionality exists.

Well, I was playing on hard mode I guess :)

It might be something fun to play with for later levels, to limit that function. And I wonder if there's any interesting puzzles to be found with a magic crystal that switches the track direction after it crosses over?

And now I'm impressed that you solved the game without being able to switch track.

I just needed to make sure each junction was oriented in the way that was needed, which meant winding track around and being careful about my space and fuel. It was fun! And, it turns out, lucky that that particular level had just enough space and fuel to be possible, with an efficient track layout.
