I really enjoyed this! My first time playing I missed a lot of things and got the incomplete ending, but upon replaying and doing everything I got the real ending. The game almost feels like a parable on what it means to be a hero :)
The only feedback I have is that the game froze after the guard defeated the slime. I must've clicked something I shouldn't have? Also, when I was at the part where I got the strawberries, I talked to the blacksmith and he gave me the knife again, when he already gave me the knife earlier in the game. Thankfully, I was able to get the strawberries again, but I was afraid I got softlocked out of the good ending.
Overall, a charming game.
