I felt bad that there is no average score, because some teams aimed for all categories, not just one. So I just scrapped the results page and made a table. I agree with Mark that "Overall" is questionable, but I still think "Average" is a valuable score, so I decided to share it.

Oh yea, the game's 5th place in "enjoyment" is probably inflated a lot. Games with more ratings get more precise average scores and also it makes the rating pool a lot bigger. Nice of you to actually compile a list like that since I also do miss the "overall" cathegory. My game is definitely not that good haha

Sorry, this totally wasn't aimed at discouraging you! You did a great job!

Getting #5 in enjoyment is a huge achievement and well deserved! Congrats on that!

Moreover, #716 overall is also a very good score - it's top-10%, and it's great to see how great work in joy department can drive the rest of the game quite high!

I think it's not inflated. The gameplay loop in your game is forgiving enough to let player learn in their own pace, but easily adapting to the skilled player. The skill tree is really thought out and navigating it just sounds and looks good with the effects you added. I played 6 of the top enjoyment games so far, and yours is one of my favourites. But it's true that more ratings may have brought some games down, for example Boris of Oris is 82nd with 72 ratings but is more enjoyable then some of the top ones. Eh, I mean it also depends on the person playing, but your game IS that good for many people
