I admire the nifty premise, although some may not dig the railroad to doom aspect (but for a one-shot, okay). Love me some tasty necro-slugs and can't deny the appeal random corpses.

I know, I know, this module could be a no-return expedition to hell, but that’s my point: the Skull is a McGuffin, you are free to leave it whenever you want, because bringing it out takes the same effort of “moving a sofà through a dungeon”. When I run it, I saw the struggle between “We really need this skull?” and “C’mon, let’s bring it out”.
