Some people refer to NSFW games as “vegan porn” because you are not exploiting any real people and, in a way, you are not contributing to the evils of this world.

If some people really do use that term, I strongly disagree with that usage in that context. And also with the reasoning behind it.
Vegans do not care about humans. They care about animals. A porn movie where they wear leather would not be vegan.
While you will find people that are exploited in porn, you will find such people in every business and industry. Porn is not an exception. And game development is not an exception either.
Also, you compare movies with games. Use it for hentai, if you must.
Might be lost in translation.
I get the meaning of "not the real deal". Like vegan meat. In that sense you might use it for hentai.
Making the step from not the real deal to also not being passive but an active medium is too much for my language sense.
Also, vegan porn does have a somewhat established meaning. A quite literal meaning. It is porn by, from, with or for vegans. In the most blatant sense, it involves certain vegetables.
There is vegan water. Not kidding. It is water bottles that promise not to use glue made from animals for the labels and not use gelatin for filtering the water. And there are bottled beverages that do use gelatine for filtering. That's actually involved for a lot of beverages, though it is less used in large scale productions.
I would not go so far, but I agree that some things better stay in fiction. Like war.
Maybe some terms are not problematic in your country, but maybe reconsider using perverted person as a term. It was used for anything lgbt and is still used by some. It is a catch it all term to describe anything that is against one's own morals, standards and so on. It also was and is used to justify all sorts of things.
Like the actions of those activsts. From their point of view, all porn and all people that watch it and all nsfw games and all people that play them are the perverted people.
Here, the word “pervert” is not interpreted that way. Thank you for clarifying. I don't mean to disparage anyone. I simply mean that people's sexuality should be channeled appropriately, in the right channels. If it is repressed, people create problems that sometimes even end in tragedy.
When I said “pervert,” I was referring to what, at least in Spanish, is the scientific usage in psychology, when a person is turned on by only one thing and nothing else, it is said that the person has developed a “perversion.”
