Regarding moving and attacking:

  1. A unit can attack twice if it didn’t move at all.
  2. It can attack once if it moved, but stayed on a green tile, i.e., spent less than half of its MP. 3. If the unit spends more than half of its MP, it won’t be able to attack this turn.

Also, there is a retaliation mechanic, which is pretty esoteric at the moment. If a unit was attacked during the opponent’s turn and responded, it will spend one AP and half of its move points for that in advance. So when its turn comes, it will be restricted in both movement and actions.

Ah ok, I maybe just a little reminder text for players during the game would help them remember. I have a short memory lol. That's also a really interesting retaliation mechanic. I'm impressed!
