The positive: This was such a fun concept. I loved being able to create the track and strategizing to make it advantageous for my player. I loved that the map and player could be regenerated at will. The artwork was colorful and cute. The music and sound effects were also pretty cute. I enjoyed the easy style of gameplay. It sort of slowed down my day in a way that I found relaxing.

The negative: The game did crash on me when I played it in browser which was a bit disappointing because I was almost done with my second race and probably would've gone for one more after that. The music started to feel repetitive early on. Other than that, I don't really have anything negative to say. Good job!

Over all: I loved this game! I could see the concept being developed into something much more complex with the same slow and easy play style for PC/Mac. It did feel like it was more for kids than adults which is fine (and hey, I enjoy connecting to my inner child sometimes). However, the retro art style might not appeal to a lot of today's youth.  Adults do tend to only play juvenile games like this on mobile but I don't see this game shrinking down to mobile-size very well so the target audience may be difficult to pin down but I do think the right people are out there.

Hey thanks for playing and the thorough feedback!

Sorry to hear it crashed. There shouldn't be anything weird going on but I will take a look. Which browser are you using?

Didn't expect the art to be called retro with all the pixel art games flying around (my usual go-to as well) but I'll take it :D

I was running it through safari on a Mac. A lot of games from the Jam crashed this way. I know Mac and Safari aren’t exactly a gamer setup. Haha
