the game has no audio? Or is it just my speaker not working? Still a very nice game that was made in css. With no game engine. Just css. Still love the idea but the art is ok. I mean for a game that is made in css. It’s great!

Yes, I didn't add any audio. I'm usually the kind of developer that makes it work and then rarely comes back to make it look and sound great. More of a proof of concept approach and then I move on to another idea. I may continue to add some features to this one, like sound and perhaps nicer tile set instead of plain-old-html-css-canvas! I actually created a different word search almost 10 years ago, wow, time flies!

Added a few sounds to the game play, but nothing great. I might consider some easy going background music in the future. Thanks again for trying, rating and commenting on this GMTK submission!

(( This is another PURE JS, CSS, HTML and THREE.JS creation - no Unity, Godot or Unreal engine, just code code code! ))
I'm please to announce that I've submitted to another Game Jam! This time I spent one week building a game with the chosen theme: "Risk it for the Biscuit" with Brackey's Game Jam hosted at Itch.
“Crumb Quest” is a first-person puzzle-shooter where every move counts as you collect the ingredients to make different traditional British 'Biscuits'.
There are 5 fully playable levels as well as a short tutorial level.
Please play and submit a fair rating when you can.
