I was playing on medium difficulty, yeah it's better on hard :p I still didn't like waiting for him to jump a few times until he "really starts" to present a challenge, I also think that tweaking the movement of both the player and the boss to be faster could improve the flow.
Yeah, I hear you! There was no time left for that amount of tweaking, and I'm honestly just super glad that the game turned out pretty balanced and without any glitches.
