whaaaaat? This is the exact opposite of what I’ve always seen. I’d say 7z is the best way to go, but I’d take rar over zip any day.
I'm talking 100% about the quickest and easiest format for most machines to get access to files from. Nothing more. Zip is basically standard in that case. Not that it is a good format or anything.
