Loved how tension is built through the art style and sound, without the need of the usual jumpscares every corner. It's really immersive and it feels like being inside a weird dream.

I personally dislike jumpscares a lot, they take away from horror in a big way the way I see it, especially in mainstream horror. Jumpscares should be a byproduct of an already oppressive and immersive environment, rather than the cheap overused go-to-tool that they usually are sadly. If tension works well, the player can get scared by even the sound of a twig - then you don't need to use jumpscares at all haha
