The combination of boomerang and lasso is brilliant—such a clever and fun idea!

Throwing the looperang felt really satisfying, especially when succesfully looped. Actually, even failing when hitting the gold is surprisingly satisfying by the perfect SFX!

My only issue is the lack of progression. Sure, more enemies show up over time, but they don’t really change the gameplay. You’re still running around and throwing looperang loops at them, and their presence doesn’t meaningfully affect how you play.

That said, the core idea is solid, and the mechanic itself is genuinely fun to use. It just needs a bit more depth to make the gameplay feel rewarding over time.

Overall, a good entry with a lot of potential!

And yeah - we agree that there’s a lack of progression. If we’d had some more time, we would have implemented more systems, like being able to level up, more advanced enemies, possibly a dash move, etc.; unfortunately, we didn’t quite manage to get there.
