Really fun and the art is really good! I like how the different size of each action loop makes things less predictable and the battle goes on, and the action cooldowns add an interesting layer of strategy. It even reminds me of factorio like games where you must configure actions to match a certain demand, that demand being defeating the boss. Very good!

The tutorial was a bit confusing but the gameplay is good. Tho if you upgrade wizard's stun, it's already won. I also think the turns feel very fast, and I dont really get when does the monster change his attacks.

Loving the art, from the dramatic poses to the beautifull spell effects.

Gameplay is also fun but the difficulty is very random, the first time i played the boss got a really strong combo at the start and the second time it was really easy to defeat the boss :P

Overall nice lil game, what i would love to see if you'd ever update the game  is making the battle tracks influence the music somehow, so it feels more coherent :D

Thank you for the feedback!
I definitely have some ideas on how to expand on it and having the different tracks affect the music is one of them

Cool Game! I like your idea. I thought it would be kinda difficult to win. since I won the battle, I found it a little bit easy, Haha. At the very beginning, I thought I needed to change the action loop very frequently. Later, I realised that there's no need.
And the art is cool as well!

Thanks for playing!

I definitely wanted it to be on the more difficult side but sadly wasn't able to get the time to tune it appropriately.

This is actually a really clever battle system! I was really thinking about the best options I had, until I unlocked the wizard and was able to stunlock the boss from ever doing anything. It was a bit confusing when the enemy changed his pattern, some notification would've been good. It was also a bit awkward changing the spells on the fly (while paused obviously, I mean without a real 'time' to do it?) - it might be an idea, which would fix both the problems, to have the game run in sections where the game pauses and you select the spells and then it runs for a set length without you being able to stop it, then it pauses and the monster's pattern changes and you can change yours. But it's a really interesting and cool game! The graphics were also brilliant.

Thank you so much for playing!

I had accidentally changed the stun duration to the wrong value, but based on your feedback I realize I should have increased the cooldown as well.

I appreciate your feedback about having an action selection phase. It is something we had originally considered and may be worth trying to include if we decide to tinker with this idea going forward.
