The hands were all over the place, none were at the bottom of the clock, and it was exactly 6:00 on my computer's clock. I thought the red hand was hours, but it was not at the bottom.

I'm sorry to hear that. The game uses 'DateTime.Now', which uses the local system time!

Im not sure what causes this issue.

How do you not know what colors your own game uses?

Especially since you only have to launch it to check them?

The hand for hours is short and blue, the hand for minutes is long and red, and the hand for seconds is thin and black.
