Definitely seems like a solid little one shot, and all the available resources seem like it would be super self contained. I think I’d want a little more detail on the horrors and the source of the famine, plus what the locals believe the source is, to help set up more of the mystery.

Along with that there should be a few more hooks to get into the dungeon area as I feel like it relies on the GM either making the NPC so sketchy as to have the players too quickly guess the next steps, or miss out on it over all.

Honestly, yeah I kinda felt the same way, not enough hooks honestly, I felt 4 pages were my doom in this case, as there is a lot of Dungeons who uses the 3 available pages (plus Cover) to explain everything important and I had to use part of that space to explain the mystery, the town, the setting and the final dungeon DX

Its not really a complain, but I might do this adventure in a extended version with all the missing details I think it needs
