For some reason, the game had very low framerate and the item slot bound to Arrow Up just didn't work at all. Shame because the game seems pretty nice.

About the fps, the game runs using unreal engine that is pretty known for the performance issue by default on not mid to high end pc.
About the most left item slot interaction, it's bind on 'shift', the icon may be misleading.
