It seemed to me like you were going for gameplay similar to that of the horror game Iron Lung (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). Even though you overscoped and weren't able to implement what you wanted to, I think this was a great opportunity for you to get a basic understanding of how to turn your idea into a fully fledged game. Congrats on posting anything at all. A lot of people didn't make it there. Pride yourself on being someone who got something in!

Heh, yeah, I kept thinking that this would make sense as a horror game. However I generally don’t enjoy horror games myself, so I actually wanted to focus more on exploration and discovery. More like Tunic than Iron Lung I guess.

I'm also not a big fan of horror games haha. I think it'd be cool to see an Iron Lung inspired game that followed a totally different genre. I'd be curious to see what kind of puzzles you could introduce in this format. I'd be happy to talk it out and conceptualize with you or, if you'd like to keep it to yourself so I don't steal your idea, that's fine too haha.

I’m open to chatting about the ideas, and I don’t mind if someone else steals them and does something with them. I went ahead and wrote a blog post on some of the ideas I had.
