We're ever so sorry for the court's... shoddy design. Our town desperately needed a court to hold this exact trial, but the 4-day rush turned into a 3-day rush due to the worker (just one person) being occupied in activities beyond their control. We the people who work at this court will get our worker to play through your GMTK submission (although apparently our ever-extant worker was going to either way.)
But, to be real, I've never made a VN or something even vaguely similar, I completely forgot to add a text speed option! I was thinking about it, but by the time I would've been able to, it was real late. I've actually had this problem before in a prior game jam, and boy I tried to crank that speed but man it wasn't enough! This is definitely a game I'll come back to, but in a bit, it was a mess of a development.
