So, from the game's description, I see that planets are supposed to affect you via gravity and you use their orbit to build speed. Unfortunately, they just stop you dead in your tracks and have you slowly orbit them, which totally kills the vibe. I really like the idea and the music reminds me of Buckshot Roulette which is awesome. I think if the planets were fixed, it would be a great racing game.

If you go on the game page you have a tutorial for the game :)

You need to dash inside the orbit of planet to go around and get speed. We unfortunatly didn't have the time to integrate a tutorial in the game :/.

If you get the time to relauch it i will be please to ear your review of the game ! :)

Maybe I'm just bad, but even dashing into orbit didn't seem to do it for me haha. That's alright though. I really liked the feeling of drifting around corners. Reminded me of the long curves you sometimes get in Mario Kart and being rewarded with an opportunity to gain a lot of speed! Perhaps the orbit could instead be coded so that if the ship is within a certain radius, the ship will just be pulled towards the planet. I haven't worked with gravity at all, but basing the planet's orbit on real life gravity might work out?

We tried that but real life gravity seem weird to the player. It was very sensitive to direction and velocity so you cannot anticipate the direction even with the slow down. But I didn't go far on the idea, it's a game jam after all. I think their is a way to make it worked :)
