Having no checkpoints sucks. The pixel art and gameplay is neat but the mechanics are overly punishing.
The game has checkpoints, once you pass the alligators.
Then we bugged out, I got past the side vent and as soon as we re-entered it glitched and sent us back to 60 floors.
