Are you running the rpgmap.exe? Also, was your previous version the update 16 or something older?

Yes, I was running the .exe. My previous version was update 16, and even after deleting everything and redownloading it I was getting the issue. Oddly enough, the 32 bit version of the program works just fine, despite my OS being 64 bit. It's incredibly strange, but I'm glad that I can still access the program at least.
