Windows 10, version 1909. It's the fact that the program worked perfectly fine up until recently that strikes me as strange.

Yes, I was running the .exe. My previous version was update 16, and even after deleting everything and redownloading it I was getting the issue. Oddly enough, the 32 bit version of the program works just fine, despite my OS being 64 bit. It's incredibly strange, but I'm glad that I can still access the program at least.
I'm not certain if something with my computer changed or the download, but I redownloaded this map maker, and all of a sudden whenever I try to run the .exe it gives me the error 'parameter is incorrect.' I haven't changed anything on my computer recently, so I'm wondering why it would throw this error at me all of a sudden.
