I think the dark comedy fits the vibe of the game well. I'm just not sure the goal and ending is suitable for this jam where you need to consider the general audience, even if you don't show the stuff directly. That said, I gave it a high rating because I enjoyed it which is the only thing that matters when I rate stuff. I think changing the goal and ending to something other than taking their own life would have worked just fine for most people.
well thats quite a valid point, i should definitely practice writing more engaging stories that dont rely on a dark actions. Its kinda of a cheap trick to make a story more appealing, especially with a game like this that barely has any story structure, which it would have had some resemblance of structure if we had the time.
