I dont know why but after reaching around 1e235 atoms, the prestige button breaks and produces
only 1e18 prestige points.

If you're using the prestige button after you hit like 1.00e+99 prestige points you're only slowing your progress. Passive prestige point growth takes over from that point. You're hitting the softcap.
