I saw the video and had to have it immediately, fantastic work!

Oh, thank you so much!! I greatly appreciate that :) If you like it and don't mind rating it, that would be amazing. Also, I would love to hear any feedback, like issues you encounter, or features that feel missing to you. Also also, if you use it for a project, feel free to link me to it and I'll check it out! Thanks again!!

I was able to get it running and I'm very impressed with the quality. As is I think its a perfect starting point for a short narrative game I'm tinkering with and I can't wait to really start messing around with it.

During my initial explorations I did note the following:

1. I don't know if it would be possible or performant, but I would love to get rain ripples on the environment similar to how they appear on the water.

2. It doesn't look like the brightness of the Time presets is exposed anywhere beyond the player night light. By default this isn't an issue, but some rendering styles, like this one, need the brightness of lights cranked up in order to work correctly. Right now it looks like the Time preset completely overwrites whatever the Directional Light is set to.

3. The Stormy preset seems to be overexposed. It looks like the rain and the fog settings both raise the brightness of the scene and might be related.

4. With some presets there is a noticeable difference in lighting and exposure between previewing the scene and playing in editor. Below is the Silent Hill preset, first is Editor mode, second is Play mode. The Default preset doesn't seem to have the issue

But like I said, I think this will work great for my project as is, and I think the pack is well worth the 5 stars I rated it : )

Thank you so much!

Great feedback, I will definitely look into it and do some more quality checking. It was all working really well, but it's possible I missed something near the end. Is this the default project, or has it been incorporated with yours? I have a friend who is using it also, and it caused some issues with his project, but that was mostly due to how it was incorporated.

I will be doing an update soon, and I will add Day and Night light settings. That was something I planned to add and never got around to. Night Light is actually a light on the player to compensate for really dark environments. I might need to rename it to make things more clear when I add the directional light options.

Anyway, thanks so much for the rating and feedback! I'm so glad you're enjoying it, and I'm excited to see what you make with it :)

I hit the lighting issues in the included Unreal project in the zip. I was also able to import the project files into my test bed project without hitting any conflicts or additional issues on 5.5.4

Excellent, thanks for letting me know!
