I got stuck on that second room. I only noticed I got locked after I solved the circuit puzzle in that room, went to the door, realizing it was blocking me... and then I noticed the missing cubes...

Ah I see the problem, you have to click the blue fullscreen button and not the other one! I must've added it by accident so I removed that full screen button!
