So I beat the game without looping, and I guess I lost all my AP points because of that.

Nice work! When you beat the game it just fully resets your run. But I definitely should add an option to restart with all your AP! I didn't expect anyone to push through without adaptations haha.
You would be surprised how many games you can beat in one run if you only choose the correct options. >:3
